Before you make your first booking we will take some basic information from you and answer any initial questions. Next we arrange a visit to meet and greet you and your pets, during which we’ll get to know you both and discuss your requirements. I am fully insured and DBS checked which I will provide during the consultation. This consultation enables us to find out all those important little things about your pets and to establish your exact requirements. Best of all, this home visit is completely free.
Once you’ve booked, we’ll organise how to access to your property and for regular clients we’ll even hold your keys. Keys are insured, protected in a secure safe and will be returned on request. We also have a key holding service for if you get locked out or lose your keys. And with that, your pets is ready are ready for their adventure!

Please note:
Sundays and Bank holidays are charged an additional 25%
If any services you require are not listed, please contact us to see if we can help. All the above prices are inclusive of VAT and we guarantee there are no hidden extras. We do not charge registration or membership fees.
A minimum of 24 hours notice is needed in advance to cancel any appointments or the full amount will be payable.
